Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused) with original tags, packaging, and receipt. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

The customer is responsible for all shipping and re-shipping charges for refunds. The items must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid, and insured, and must be received by Goldammer Jewelry within 7 days of approval of the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@goldammer-jewelry.com. Please include photos of the product and the reason why you want to return it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Each item is handmade and may not look exactly as on the photo. Slight variations are expected and are not a valid reason for a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen shipments. It's the responsibility of the customer to contact the shipper with the provided tracking number in case the package does not arrive. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (minus the restocking fee) on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve received your returned item, and you have not yet been issued your refund, please contact us at help@goldammer-jewelry.com.
